Growing up I was the pickiest eater ever! As an adult I have changed my perception of food and cooking, having found a new sense of joy in both. I've also become very mindful of where my food comes from and how it affects my body. I love trying new things with food and cooking with friends! This is a blog of my trials and errors, and explorations of all things food.
