Did you already post the recipe for avocado/red onion/cucumber salad? Maybe I missed it? I want THAT! :)
I did not. It's not anything terribly fancy. I just cut up avocado, red onion and cucumbers. Then I made a dressing of olive oil, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. I got the inspiration from the Food Network. I don't remember which show.
Apples and cheese together are so delicious...the first time someone told me to try it I thought they were crazy!
Yeah, I thought the same thing before I tried the two together. Now people give me a look when I mention the combination.
