How do you make Thai dumplings? That sounds really good!

Have a wonderful week,

Acutally the Thai Dumplings I am eating are from the market. They're a brand called Macro Vegetarian in Sunnyside, Queens. They don't seem to have a website, so I can't direct you there. They're so good, you can eat them cold.

The dumplings are actually vegan. If I were to attempt to make them myself, the hardest part would probably be the dough for the wrapping. The insides are just shredded cabbage, celery, carrots, and baby bok-choy. They have a pretty good sauce on them too, that looks to be tahini, parika, and sesame oil.
